Delivery information

Your order will be delivered either to a pickup point, parcel locker, the Iittala store of your choice, or directly to the delivery address you have selected. Delivery charges are the same regardless of the weight or number of parcels. Pickup point delivery is free for orders over €100.

Please note that home delivery is always subject to a charge, and returns for home delivery orders must be taken to your nearest post office.

*Please note that during major sale campaigns, delivery times may be longer than usual. The estimated delivery time will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Home Delivery, Budbee

You will receive a notification from Budbee by email, SMS, and through the Budbee app to arrange a delivery time. Delivery will be made to the address you provided between 5:00 PM and 10:00 PM. If you have requested that the parcel be left at your door, please note that responsibility for the parcel transfers to you once the driver has left the shipment at your doorstep.

Home Delivery, Parcel Delivery (Posti)

Posti will contact you by phone to arrange a delivery time. Delivery will be made to the address you provided between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM. The home delivery service is available only for addresses in mainland Finland that have a permanent road connection.

Home Delivery, PostNord

PostNord delivers your parcel to your door at the agreed time and address on weekdays between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM, depending on the delivery area. You will receive a notification of the upcoming delivery by SMS or email. Through the link provided in the notification, you can change the delivery time or authorize the parcel to be left outside your door if you are not at home at the time of delivery. You can also provide additional information, such as a door code, or change the home delivery to pickup point delivery.

Postal Parcel

Orders are normally delivered to your nearest Posti pickup point or service point, where they can be collected once you have received a delivery notification. Posti sends the arrival notification by SMS or email. If no mobile phone number or email address is available, the notification will be sent by letter.

Posti will hold your parcel for 5 days.

PostNord Pickup Point

Your parcel will be delivered to the PostNord pickup point you selected. Some parcel lockers are located outdoors and are accessible 24/7; use of these lockers requires the PostNord app. You will receive a notification via the app, SMS, or email when your parcel is ready for collection. When collecting a shipment from a service point, you must present a valid ID and the delivery notification. Find your nearest pickup point here.

Pickup from an Iittala Store

You will receive an SMS notification when your parcel is ready for collection at your selected Iittala store. The notification includes a PIN code, which must be presented when collecting the parcel in-store. The parcel will be stored at the store for 7 days.

Please note that no separate reminder will be sent when the storage period for an order delivered to an Iittala store is about to expire.
